# Signary Source Kit

Use this kit before a Signary build begins. It gives a founder or body of work a clean way to gather raw material without polishing it first or performing the whole archive in a long live session.

## What Signary Produces

Signary returns:

- a living atlas of the founder, method, works, offers, risks, thresholds, and carrying forms;
- an evidence trail for consequential claims;
- a reference point the recipient can keep using after the read;
- a short next-move plan;
- a 30-day field-check question set.

Signary is not a generic brand report. It is a source-bound read: what is observed, what is inferred, what could be wrong, and what would prove or revise the claim.

## What to Gather

Collect whatever exists. Do not polish it first.

1. Origin story

   - Why did this start?
   - What problem, refusal, or gap made the work necessary?
   - What early moment still explains the whole body of work?

2. Public body of work

   - Website pages
   - Product pages
   - Newsletters
   - Social posts
   - Press
   - Talks, interviews, podcasts, or videos
   - Guides, courses, recipes, documentation, or community answers

3. Internal operating knowledge

   - How decisions are made
   - What only the founder or key person knows
   - What has been tested and abandoned
   - What a successor would need to learn
   - What must never be flattened or averaged away

4. Customer and community proof

   - Testimonials
   - Customer stories
   - Repeat questions
   - Common objections
   - Moments when the work changed a decision, skill, relationship, or outcome

5. Current threshold

   - What is trying to change now?
   - What is ready to travel?
   - What is not ready to be let go?
   - What decision would this Signary build help clarify?

## Evidence Contract

Each strong atom in Signary should preserve:

- source;
- date when known;
- excerpt or artifact;
- observation;
- interpretation;
- confidence;
- counter-read;
- test.

If a claim cannot carry that structure, it remains a hypothesis until the founder or field evidence strengthens it.

## Self-Guided vs Guided

Self-guided source gathering is useful for producing a first rough inventory.

Guided is recommended when:

- the founder is considering sale, succession, licensing, or a major repositioning;
- tacit knowledge lives in the body, relationships, or sensory judgment;
- the material is emotionally or commercially sensitive;
- the read will influence pricing, handoff, hiring, or public strategy.

For high-value work, Signary includes a human discernment pass and founder correction before the map is treated as usable.

## First 30-Day Loop

After receiving a Signary build, answer:

1. What felt most accurate?
2. What felt wrong or overstated?
3. Which atom changed a decision?
4. Which atom needs more evidence?
5. What should be captured, taught, practiced, or released next?
